THE CONSULTING PROCESS

STEP 1

CONFIDENTIAL INITIAL INQUIRY

You submit an individual inquiry via the contact form.

Upon receipt of your inquiry, I will contact you personally.

In a brief initial phone call, we will first clarify whether your financial situation and objectives generally match my consulting services.

The initial consultation is free of charge.

STEP 2

QUALIFICATION & INITIAL ANALYSIS

During the initial phone call, I gain a first overview of the following through targeted questions:

  • Your asset size,

  • Your current structure,

  • Your main assets,

  • Your international situation,

  • Your objectives,

  • and your consulting needs.

At the end of the conversation, you will receive a clear assessment of whether an individual collaboration could be beneficial.

If both parties conclude that collaboration makes sense, we will arrange a personal consultation appointment.

STEP 3

INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION FEE

The fee depends on the scope and size of the assets to be structured.

For strategic consulting, the following generally applies:

1.0% OF THE ASSETS TO BE STRUCTURED

corresponding to:

EUR 10,000 PER EUR 1 MILLION

The fee includes the agreed strategic consultation as well as – depending on the specific scope of the mandate – coordinating support in implementing the intended structure.

Legal taxes, fees, formation costs, bank fees, minimum capital, trustee costs, and fees of external lawyers, tax advisors, and other third-party providers are not part of the consulting fee unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

STEP 4

THE INDIVIDUAL STRATEGY SESSION

After payment of the agreed fee, the individual consultation takes place.

PHASE 1

ASSET ANALYSIS

We jointly analyze your existing asset situation.

This includes recording assets, companies, participations, and objectives relevant to strategic structuring.

PHASE 2

DEVELOPMENT OF THE STRUCTURAL MODEL

Based on the analysis, I develop an individual structural model.

The planned target structure is presented in a clear organizational chart.

This shows, for example:

  • the individual companies,

  • shareholding relationships,

  • ownership structures,

  • possible trust or foundation components,

  • asset assignments,

  • international structural components,

  • and the relationships between the individual entities.

PHASE 3

EXPLANATION & ROADMAP

The developed organizational chart is reviewed in detail together.

You will receive a clear explanation of the function of the individual structural components and how they are intended to interact.

Within approximately 5–9 days after the consultation appointment, you will receive your individual written roadmap as a PDF.

This serves as a strategic working basis for you and your existing professional advisors.

STEP 5

ROADMAP FOR YOUR LAWYERS & TAX ADVISORS

Your existing advisor structure remains a central component of the implementation.

You will receive a written roadmap that you can hand over to your lawyers, tax advisors, and, if applicable, other professional advisors for review and implementation.

The roadmap describes, among other things:

  • the planned structure,

  • the intended structural components,

  • their strategic function,

  • the intended next steps,

  • as well as the ongoing organizational requirements.

The concrete legal and tax implementation is carried out by the respective competent and licensed specialist advisors.

STEP 6

IMPLEMENTATION & COORDINATION

Upon request, I will subsequently accompany the implementation phase.

This can include – depending on the mandate – coordinating support in applying for and setting up the intended:

companies

trust structures

financial vehicles

bank accounts

international business relationships

The respective formations, registrations, and account openings are carried out by specialized partners and the relevant authorities in the respective jurisdictions.

The duration of the overall process depends heavily on the complexity of the individual structure, the jurisdictions involved, and the respective KYC/compliance requirements.

As a guideline, approximately 3–4 months can be assumed.

STEP 7

HANDOVER TO YOUR ADVISORS

After the implementation phase is completed, a structured handover to your existing lawyers, tax advisors, and, if applicable, other advisors takes place.

Upon request, a final joint meeting will be held for this purpose.

You will also receive an overview of the intended ongoing administrative requirements and – as far as known – the expected ongoing costs of the respective structural components.
